Issue with monitor LG 29UM65 (Screen shows vertical lines only)

I have this monitor for a few years. It was working fine and all of sudden, the screen blacks out and start to display this vertical lines (see attached image). Now, even only connected to the power (with no video cable connected), only shows that. Is there some way to repair this monitor? If so, how much this could cost?  Can anyone explain what causes this issue?

Looks like the logic board went bad.

Cost to repair is generally the cost to buy new.
