RMA the drive, it's bad.

Hey,I'm not really an expert on some issues involving pc's,so I would like a bit of help.Today I purchased a new HDD,the WD10EZEX,and when I try to initialize the disk in order to make a new volume,I get an error saying : "Data error (cyclic redudancy check)".I searched a lot for it but couldn't find any solution around the web.The HDD does appear under device manager,so I don't know what the issue could be.I also tried swapping arround sata slots but still the same error. Some help would be much appreciated.
