Do I need 2 Nvidia drivers?

Pc is mostly used for gaming. 

You just need Nvidia Control Panel

Well the panel comes with the driver for the card to work properly. 
 

Experience gives you stuff like streaming to a shield, shadowplay and optimized settings for games. So that’s on you if you need it.
