Crtl+D Lag

I'm currently using a Logitech G815 and lately it's been giving me an issue where whenever I hold Crtl+D it will delay the input and after I release them it continues to input the key presses for a short while. I've tried with my G910 and it does the same thing so I know it's not they keyboard. Anyone know what could be causing it? It could be driver related but I'm not sure
