About two or three months ago I was able to utilize the full speed of my internet connection (100mbps download, 50mbps upload) nowadays I am lucky if I can have it running stable at 5mbps.
I have already done a network reset, changed my DNS port, and rebooted my modem.
My laptop has NOT been moved to a location anywhere different from where I was before those issues, though I do wish to blame my drivers... Here is what happened during one of my troubleshoots...
I rolled back the Qualcomm network drivers to an older version, and immediately I reached my Internet's full speed tested at Ookla SpeedTest. Windows prompted me to restart after I closed the device manager dialogue pop ups, I obliged to it. By the time I was back on my system; I could not sustain those speeds yet again.

I know it is NOT my internet in itself, because I can reach PERFECTLY those speeds on my iPhone in the exact same location.

I do not know what to do anymore, any assistance will be of great, great help... Thank you for reading this.
