POST, no boot, no beeps

Yesterday my PC crashed, loaded up, crashed again (reason known, audio driver errors) and now will not output visual. Fans spin up, LEDs turn on, hard drive spins up, but no visual output. I have cleared CMOS power, reseated my ram and graphics card, but mobo does not have HDMI output nor does my CPU have an iGPU. I do not get any beep codes. I presume one of my components is dead but how do i work out which?
 

Specs:

Ryzen 2600

Zotac 1070 mini

Generic ram 2x8gb

Asus B450m-k  

2x 1tb hard drive

700w PSU

If you boot without a GPU, does it provide a beep code?

 

What happens if you try a known good PSU?
Have you tried booting with no CPU or no RAM?

Try removing your hard drives as well and seeing what happens.
