HELP NEEDED! Google problem

Hello! I've been having this problem for quite a few weeks now. My google search engine adds #spf and unix time and reverts me back to an old layout of google. Last time, it even showed google as "not secure" in the top left.

Strange.  Haven't seen a Google page look like that in ages.  Does it do this on other browsers?  Incognito mode?  Try clearing cache/cookies

It does in any browser I try, Chrome, Opera, Firefox. Wouldn't work on incognito mode too. Tried clearing cache/cookies and even reset the browser itself.

Very strange... run a full scan with Malwarebytes.  Maybe something is spoofing the browser.

Would try that but I also ran a full scan on Windows Defender. I figured it is malware since it changed the site's certificate from Google's GTS to DigiCert, for some reason. I did a full reformat anyways.

Wouldn't work on incognito mode too. Tried clearing cache/cookies and even reset the browser itself.
