Hard Drive problem

So i was trying to open some games in my hard drive but it didn't open so i restart the pc and did open crystaldiskinfo and i got this.image.png.ceb409ff3fc843faa515b807859069a0.png

I don't know what this mean and is this bad?

If yes what can i do to fix it?

My advice, backup your data you don't want to lose and start looking for a new HDD.   Sounds to me like it is starting to fail.
