The maximum your laptop supports is 2x4GB DDR4 SODIMM sticks running at 1600 MHz according to the user manual. The cheapest way to do this is to take the RAM out of your laptop (if it is a single stick, if it is two sticks then you just need to replace it) and start looking at the tags, then google away using this info to find another single stick SODIMM that is identical. Buy that, put it in, and now u have 8gb.

Or you can just go to Newegg and start looking for a 8GB kit of SODIMM at 1600 MHz or lower. Or Amazon or any store at all. When you have a 2x4GB DDR4 SODIMM kit, buy it, replace the old RAM with the new sticks, and u good

Fuck you scalpers, fuck you scammers, fuck all of you jerks that charge way too much to tech-illiterate people.

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.

I have a dell vostro 15-3568 with the configuration of intel i3-6006u 2.0Ghz , 4GB RAM, 1 TB HDD. I want to upgrade my Laptop with extra 4GB RAM. How much can it cost and which company RAM are best for this. I want it for faster performance. Please Reply.
Thanking You.

one way to do it is get a crucial 4gb sodimm stick and slap that on the lap but it may be unstable so if u dont want to have any issue just getting the same stick as what your laptop had would be an another option or get a new pair of dual crucial 2x4 gb rams sticks and plop it in , and i am mentioning crucial a lot since they have the cheapest yet trustable ram sticks in my area ... but it depends on where u live and side note make sure u r getting the compatible ram sticks like ddr3 or ddr4 , considering that its a 6th gen processor ig its ddr4
