I have an old Geforce 7300 le that im stuck with a couple days, and for some reason, when I restart my computer, the windows taskbar goes transparent, as well as the start menu, and settings, which makes their functionality nearly useless. I can temporarily solve the problem by uninstalling the display adapter in device manager, uninstall the drivers, and restart my computer and reinstall the drivers, which is a huge hassle. Anyone have a fix?

This is so ridiculously old it's unsurprising it and its drivers don't play nice with modern systems, won't support the current APIs...

It's a 128MB VRAM card, even Windows on its own uses more than that nowadays, and so do many things like a simple browser.
