I bought a new computer, and I will need to migrate all programs from one PC to another, sadly I can't just drag the program files folder to another PC, cause there multiple locations that program uses for storage. I would need some program that would migrate already installed program to new PCs with everything like their files in appdata, documents, and i dont know where else they store their data. And then simply install all programs with the same files into the same destinations.

PS: Copy of SSD, HDD or Windows restore point/file won't be option cause on the new PC there are already drivers installed, and It would be a drag to install all of them.
