fps problem/recommend a new school pc

hi i have a question which motherboard, ssd/hdd, antivirus should i use, im a gamer and i game some really high required fps games it's bc i want good quality and fps when i game and also good quality of the streams and videos i watch on twitch/youtube so i want to know what ssd/hdd, motherboard and antivirus i should use for gaming the ssd/hdd may be a m.2 ssd and the hdd i find perfect for gaming a 7200rpm hdd for store my games the ssd that may be a m.2 is for windows 10 so which ssd may be m.2 and hdd shall be a 7200rpm hdd, motherboard and antivurs should i use on my gaming rig. ps what laptop will you recommend as a pc to study/school use
