While I haven't used Linux in quite some time, Debian is what Kali is based on, and my Linux distribution of choice. Based on your log output, it appears your repository source list contains duplicate entries. If you provide the contents of your sources.list here we might be able to point out the lines to remove, or alternatively you can try running David Forester's aptsources-cleanup script.

You can use the GUI to access it or any text editor running as the root user can open it.

I used David Forester's aptsources-cleanup script. Now it shows this error.

Raiden2000@Kali2000:~/Desktop/aptsources-cleanup-master$ sudo apt-get update

"sudo apt install nano" (this might result in an error about it already being installed, if it does move on to step 2)

"sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list"

put a hashtag (#) at the beginning of lines 1 & 2 (the 2 lines that reference the cdrom)

Ctrl & X to exit

Enter to save

"sudo apt update"

Try this

Open System->Aministration->Software sources and there should be an option to disable the CD Rom as a source.

These instructions are accurate on Ubuntu, I've never used Kali so I have no idea if this option exists or if its in the same place.

Can't say I've ever seen anything like that before but like I said, I've never used Kali so its really not my strong point.

Try doing "sudo lshw -C display" in terminal to check the GPU is using the correct driver.

Intel Drivers are included in the Kernel and Mesa Stack. It doesn't require anything extra on most distributions.

It is probably the theme they are using. I know dolphin is a KDE/QT Application and Johny is built with QT, it wont use your GTK theme as far as I am aware.

You will need to figure out how to set a different QT theme in your environment. In KDE GTK and QT themes can be set in system settings, for GNOME I have no idea. Maybe check gnome tweaks.

Edit: Maybe try this -> https://www.linuxuprising.com/2018/05/get-qt5-apps-to-use-native-gtk-style-in.html
