I'm pretty sure my laptop is underperforming. Don't why, I'm not sure. Temperatures on both CPU and GPU don't go even that high and FPS start to drop. I already checked and the problems are NOT background CPU usage, not maintaining my laptop in a well ventilated environment. If anyone is willing to help me, I'd appreciate it a lot.

How much memory does it have? It could be filling up the memory, and switching to a reserved space on the drive.  

I could use some help with this!

What exactly are your temps? Try running a CPU and GPU stress test at the same time and check temps once they've leveled out.

Furmark for GPU, Prime95 for CPU.

Almost every game even on LOWEST settings. Curse of the Dead Gods, Doom Eternal, DMC5, Enter The Gungeon, Destroy All Humans!, Amid Evil, Dark Souls III.
