Is this possible in Shopify?

Im willing to get whatever app or upgrade necessary. what i want to do is make it so that in order to buy a product you have to select the SIZE and QUANTITY(1 by default). that is easy enough but i also want to set up different minimum order quantities for the different sizes of products. so lets say for example that i only want to sell SMALL t shirts if im selling no less than 50 at a time. but if the customer changes the size to XL then the minimum amount that they could place an order for would be 10. basically giving each size option its own unique minimum order amount. #1 is this possible? #2 how can i do it?

i have a guy i was trying to hire on upwork to do this for me and he said he couldnt figure the linked guide out
