My pc controller dont allow my pc to sleep.

I have redragon 808g wireless pc controller. When is controller connector pluged in my pc wont fall a sleep. What shoud i do?

Unplug the usb dongle from the PC when you want it to go to sleep

 

 

Or try

 

Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controllers -> USB Root Hub -> Power Management Tab -> Check the box for allowing the PC to turn off device to save power

I already did the second thing but it didnt work.

Then the controller isn't allowed to sleep in the firmware would be my guess.

 

Can you test to see if it will power down with sleep mode on another PC?

 

That's why I mentioned having to unplug it as more of a...this may be the only way lol

The reality is, its probably sending a repeat connection signal to that dongle every so often, so no sleep unless unplugged - my 2 copper coins

But first week when i bought a controller it fall a sleep normaly

I would uninstall its drivers and reinstall it then to see if that fixes it
