Windows 7 Instillation *New PC* Error please help

I have just baught a new pc with out any OS so i baught a copy of Windows 7, i started the PC booted it up ect ect.....And it came to the Windows Instillation Page but it does not let me select anything because my mouse and keybored dont turn on, when i start the PC they turn on then once it gets to the instillation page both the mouse and keybored turn off??? PLEASE HELP ME  WHAT DO I DO

Try to use a PS2 setup or connect the USB directly to a port on the back of the motherboard.

What is the PS2 setup?, and ill try pluging them into the motherboard now

PS2 keyboard and mouse.

 OMG thank you so much man, i they keybored and mouse where in the motherboard but in USB 3.0 Slots so i moved them into USB 2.0 slots and it worked thanks a heap haha

USB 3.0 ports tend not to be supported upon first installation because the drivers don't exist yet, which is why you should always use USB 2.0 or PS/2 ports when installing or booting for the first time. Besides, why waste two USB 3.0 ports on a keyboard and mouse?
