FRAPS help

I'm trying to get fraps to record audio from a samsung condencor mic but having no luck, it's detecting it as my main device but not recording anything. My mic levels are all up, any advice or suggestions for other game capturing software would be appreciated,.

I use DxTory, it's way way way way better from my experience, and it has so much more customization options.

Check that mic works otherwise and check that you have settings right. For different recording software I suggest OBS.

If you have the resources use Nvidia shadowplay

I use Mirillis Action for video game recording and had no problems whatsoever, yet. Or OBS if you want something free.

 

And yes, make sure the mic is working.
