I was playing league of legends and when i finished the game my PC restwrted with the blu screen and the ":( " idk how to fix that It happened to me yesterday also. Also when I launch valorant it says that my graphic drivers are 8.0 and are outdated and I need 16.0 drivers for my AMD ATI 3000 but I cant find them anywhere the official AMD site only provides 8.0 drivers

Well yeah games won't work on this system as you are using the lowest of the low end hd 3000 gpu that was meant for displaying word documents and not doing any 3d what so ever. There is no way for you to play anything recent on this. Best you could maybe play would be like quake III and even that would be a stretch. This system just simply cannot game in it's current state.

It's one of your issues. The hd 3000 is using a driver from forever ago and will have issues with games that have been updated and just not run new games. It can only use dx 10 so it is limited to games that support that. It is also not natively supported in windows 10.

So that is one of the reasons why you cannot run valorant as it's just far too old. That and even if it somehow magically worked 1 fps would be a major accomplishment :p. The solution to your gaming problem is getting a gpu.

The solution to your disk useage issue is getting a ssd and putting windows on that.

A 500gb drive costs as much as a 120gb ssd or if lucky a very cheap 240gb one. A hdd isn't going to solve the 100% issues that is just how windows 10 is now you basically need an ssd for it nowadays.
