Unable to flash older BIOS

So the new update for HP Bios is kinda crap and causing random locking of windows during games and low FPS is some CPU intensive games. It is also making my CPU temperature go up to 99.4C in some cases which is bad for a laptop. I tried to rollback to F.05 but it's giving me the cannot verify signature files error. I am trying the Win+B Method currently and Secure Boot is disabled in Bios so it shouldn't be a problem.

 

Laptop: HP Pavilion ec-0029ax

Current Bios: F.08 Rev. A

Previous Bios: F.05 Rev. A

I'm also having huge stutters in this bios which is making the game unplayable. I have tried flashing bios from my USB currently

Probably HP disabled bios rollback.

You can upgrade but not downgrade.
