Software for managing tablets.

Hi. My workplace(Middleschool) have bought 40 Samsung 10" LTE(don't remeber specific model) tablets.

I have been tasked to take care of them and now I am looking for some kind of managing software.

What i need is some kind of "automated app instalation" and some kind of "tablets health data displaying" so i can see whats goin on with tablet remotely.

Is there such software available?
Free or paid?
Windows, Linux or Android based?
I could use one tablet as "master tablet" from wich i could manage others.
