Hi all,

I am looking for a display that has both a dvi-d connector and an HDMI connector. I would like it to work as a TV when needed, but also a monitor with the dvi connection. And yes, I know there are spliter and adapter cables out there, but I will have both plugged in at the same time, so that won't really work. If possible, I would like it to be vizio brand (22 inch works well).

Thanks in advance,

Erty

Does not having a second parenthesis around something bother anyone else as much as it does me? (Like if this statement was missing a second side)

The one monitor that I have right now has lasted me for about 10 years now, so its a company I can trust. I would also be ok with viewsonic for the same reason :)

Vizio is nice. (it's a small US company, for those who don't know. They product aren't generally amazing, but you do get a lot for your money. If you seek a value brand, I would suggest Vizio. It won't break on you, has a nice style, nothing awful about their products and have decent service apparently)

ViewSonic is not what they used to be. They have gone down.

Samsung is OK at best in all aspects.

LG, Dell, ASUS are excellent choices. Dell being the most competitive one, and tend to really move the monitor market time and time again, with solid products, impressive features, solid and one of the best consumer grade monitor warranty service.
