What monitor is best? And which one suits my setup more?

Okay so I got 3 monitors to choose from: Asus TUF VG279QM, ASUS TUF VG32VQ or ASUS ROG SWIFT PG248Q.
So my setup is the following:
GPU: GTX 1050TI 4GB
CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x
RAM: 16GB
I play League of Legends, R6, Valorant, Fortinite and sometimes Apex, Warzone and such games I have but dont play regularly.
I dont think other information matters but here is more, Disk: 500SSD+1TB HDD.
I dont know what else to add, feel free to ask for more info, thanks for the help in advance. 
IMO since I wont ever get past 140FPS on any of the games the 280HZ one is a waste right?
