Rack mounted cases for PCs

Hello,

 

I am looking for getting a rack pc case for my gaming rig and another one for my emulation rig. The reason behind is consolidating all in one area so I do not need to have so many cases all over the place.

Gaming rig is just a Ryzen 2600 on a full ATX Asus Prime x470-Pro motherboard 16GB 3200 DDR4 ram with a 1070 (soon will upgrade so need to be sure thermals will be fine for a more powerful card. The emulation rig runs an older Ryzen 1700 on a microATX Asrock B450M-HDV motherboard 16GB 3000 DDR4 ramand another 1070.

On the same rack will be a TrueNas Core server with 4 HDDs atm that will become 12 soon.

All of them is hocked together with a passive cooled pfsense box.

Guess I will need a 3u or 4u for the gamming rig and probably a 2u can be enough for the emulation rig but want to find a nice cages with good airflow.

I use the Rosewill RSV-R4100-4U Rackmount Server Case in my build.

Looks like an interesting option, how is the airflow inside? I am concern about geting the computer too hot as will have more restrict airflow than my current case.

I have no issues with a 3950X and two 2080s, so I doubt you will have problems either.

Look also really interesting and lot cheaper than the Rosewill one, and they seem to send to UK. Will take a good look to it, thanks!

But remember it’s a really cheap intertech case
