Weird monitor issue

So my monitor (one on the right) while in sleep will just turn on and show this weird lit black screen. Has anyone else had anything similar happen? And do you think it is a problem with the monitor? Other than this the monitor works perfectly it’s a Asus VG27AQ. Just think it’s weird thank you guys.
