hi,

im facing a pretty weird issue: my PC keeps freezing. this is pretty weird because i have pretty new hardware. it all started when i enabled RAID 0 on my PC. (i use a samsung sata SSD 500gb + seagate 4TB 7200rpm HDD). i did some benchmarking, and came to the conclusion RAID wasn't for me, so i disabled RAID 0, and changed back to the ' normal' storage mode.

1h after i switched back my PC randomly froze, but that could have happend because i was downloading so much. but it kept coming back. i've troubleshooted as much as i can, but i realy can't find a solution. did raid 0 break my hardware?

ive tested my drives on errors, both are healthy (Samsung meganican health test)

im running this PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yVGCNq

i hope u guys can help me with this info! please dm me on Discord (⭐eijmert⭐#5509) if u have experience with this problem or know a solution to stop the freezing!

i dont care if the solution can cost money, i just wanna know how to solve it as it becomes very frustrating and i have no idea what to do! no bluescreen, no warning, nothing.

Could you write down every troubleshooting step you've done so far please.

Is the system overclocked in anyway?

Is there a pattern to the freezes or do they happen seemingly at random?

What kind of temperatures are you getting from the PC?

A picture of the inside of the PC would also be helpful.

hi, ive reinstalled every single driver, try'd running the system without GPU, 16gb ram, boot drive only, ect.

nearly every single kind of troubleshooting i could find.

the system was overclocked before i enabled RAID 0, but removed it when i enabled RAID.

it had a small ram OC (3200mhz to 3400mhz) and a pretty big CPU OC (4.9 to 5.2Ghz)

but i dont think those are the issue.

before it  freezes actualy nothing gives signs to whats happening. ive used GPU-z troubleshooting functions, no results found. it doesnt even make an crash report, it just freezes.

temps are pretty good. when gaming my cpu reaches on 100% 37C, GPU about 70C. only on realy hot days they can reach from 50C cpu, 80C GPU, so shouldn't be a problem. Pic included
