Audio suddenly doesn't work anymore

My Audio stopped working today. When I turn up my volume I can hear a tiny bit of audio, but I cant understand anything. I tested the audio with Chrome, Idagio (similar to Spotify) and Discord. This happens only when I am outputting trough my Headphones, when outputting via Monitor it works fine. The Headpones are Fine, I tested them on my phone and they work.

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

AMD R5 3600 (+ stock Cooler)

Asus ROG Strix B550-F

16GB Patriot Viper 3600Mhz RAM

AMD XFX 5600XT Thicc III

500GB Crucial P1 + 1TB Samsung 860 QVO 

NZXT H510 (+2 NZXT Aer F Case Fans)

BeQuiet PurePower 11 CM 600 Watts

 

I looked for Bios and Driver updates 5 minutes ago, so I am up to date. (Bios Version 0805)

I cant give screenshots of the problem, beacause it is purely audio based.
