Need help planning a build :)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Modern Games and Video Editing

Other details: please just find the best parts for this price and not like cheapest but highest rating and overall quality. i’ve upgraded a few pcs but this will be my first build. please give me a list of parts you know will work together. thank you for the help :)

only parts i am “requiring” are an ssd and find parts that have rgb.. i like it. the case should have a viewing window ofc. at this point in time i will be running one monitor and i have peripherals already.

for 850 prioritize performance over looks, ssd is fine, but rgb should not be a must. You will have a much better time.

I think that if you do the build that I did for now, than upgrade to rgb ram/case fans it would be best. Also you do not need to buy windows. Create a usb installation drive, than buy a key for 10 dollars online.  for 850 rgb would be a low priority if you want 32gb ram, and good performance and products. and the psu would have the fan facing down so you would not be able to see it anyway. you can always swap out cpu coolers over time as well
