I need help.

So, my pc was working fine, I hop on ps4, then when I try to turn my pc on, it starts, but no signal. Keyboard doesn't light up, wifi adapter doesn't light up, nothing. My phone charges extremely slowly, what could it be? Its like all the output just got toasted. I'm stumped.

The phone is charging from the PC or from the wall plug ? Did you try another wall plug ?

have you taken apart your pc to check? could be a loose cable or at worst a faulty psu. it doesnt hurt to go through the basic to check if anything is damaged or out of place

I've opened it, everything seems to work fine, pushed in all the cables, a the outputs just get very little power though.
