Budget (including currency): max 1250 euros

Country: Finland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Usually just for like CS/other not so demanding games but looking to play RDR2/Cyberpunk 2077/PUBG and other sp games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

Ryzen 7 3700X

GTX 1070 Ti

16GB Ram

Cooler Master GX 650W Bronze

I'm guessing my pc will run these games i mentioned just fine but i have some "extra" cash thought id possibly use to upgrade some stuff, I don't have water cooling so meaby i should get that? Was also thinking of GPU (would i need to get new PSU also then?). Looking for recommendations for GPU/PSU combo mainly i suppose, curious to hear your opinions/recommendations.

If you have such a nive pc, id wait for new parts, espically GPU. RN you could get a 2080s, and a 3900x fot that budget. Thbe PSU will have enough wattage for the new gpu.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Right now the 3700x is probably the highest i would go if its mainly gaming. In terms of bang for buck. New gpus coming in a few weeks so defiantly worth waiting for the extra performance considering you have a pretty good rig. once it does come though i would honestly suggest upgrading your GPU and psu.
