Set your SATA type to IDE or ACHI in your BIOS to stop it showing.

 

That is the Intel onboard RAID firmware. If you are having no problems, then I would just suggest leaving it alone.

As said above that is the Legacy ROM mode that your mobo is using.

Basically it has to detect all disks in the array then load windows.

 

the new UEFI ROM does this on the fly and will hide the screen. no real difference IMO so just leave it alone.
