svchost error

so my problem is a tricky one and i don't have the time or space to do a windows reset to possibly fix it , almost* every time i log into my pc with (emphasis on log in) i get a flickering blue screen and i can see the task bar at the bottom but can't click anything, if i force the pc to shut down( by holding the power button) and then power on and login again everything is fine but it's annoying and time consuming to do it every time . one time i tried to let it run to see if it will show me any errors and this poped out when i tried to soft shutdown (clicking the power button to let windows try and shut the pc down) * see attached image* .tried googling but with no luck.

 

any help would be appreciated and if it's the wrong forum  i'm sorry so please direct me to the right one thanks!

 

specs: i7 8700k (slightly overclocked) 1080ti (overclocked stable) 2*8 ddr4 2400 with xmp on
