Looking to replace stock R5 3600 cooler

I am looking at replacing the stock cooler with the ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO. Is there a better cooler at 50 to 60 bucks and would fit into a Sliverstone RL08?

The Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO is a great value/performer and should be more than enough for the R5 3600.

 

I just bought an Hyper 212 Black Edition since it looks cool but my other option (and better performance) was the Arctic Freezer eSports.

 

 

In my case, I live in the mediterranean coast of Spain and the ambient temperature is 34ºC / 88ºF and the stock cooler cant even handle 1 run of Cinebench R20 (With an undervolt can finish it but reaching 95C lol)

i'd look into this cooler:

cost the same but should perform better and quieter.
