GTX 1660 temps

Go to solution Solved by Skipple,

83 seems perfectly normal to me as long as your boost speeds aren't dropping. If you want, and don't mind the noise, you can play with your fan curves in afterburner to reduce those temps a bit.

is 83 degrees under load hot enough to warrant replacing the cooling solution on my gpu? made the mistake of buying a gtx 1660 phoenix edition thinking it would work fine but am now seeing all the poor reviews 2 months later and am wondering if it would be worth my time replacing the cooler as i am new to building. or should i just ride it out and save for a better card?
