Bluetooth stopped working (ASUS TUF FX504GE)

The bluetooth on my laptop has stopped working. I can only see a "Unknown USB Device" in my device manager, with a code 43 error. I would have assume that it is an issue with Windows drivers, but Manjaro shows that same thing. Manjaro shows no Bluetooth adapters, but show a unknown device on USB (using lsusb). 

Anybody have any idea as to what exactly is wrong with my Laptop. 

 

Another important point, I have Vanguard installed so that might interfere on Windows but I don't see why it wouldn't work on Linux too. I have also tried updating / downgrading the BIOS, but that doesn't seem to affect the situation. The Bluetooth does randomly start working after a reboot, but will just stop working with using the laptop.
