So im going to upgrade my current system

grafics     xfx 7970 (Keeping)

CPU        Amd 925 quad core 2.8 ghz

Ram        8 gb kingston 1333 mhz

ssd          intel 320 160 gb  (might keep it, or might move it into my laptop

PSU        650 watt xfx (keeping)

case       fractal design arc midi (keeping)

MB          MSI MS - 7646

so i need a new mb, motherboard, and ram

my budget is 500 €

so should i get an intel i5 3570k or wait for the 4570k?

and i know nothing about motherboards, (but needs to be able to hold at least 32 gb of ram since i need it for server when im done with my current system)

Therefor its going to have to be very stable as it needs to be able to run for at least ½-1 years without any restart or anything

ram prob just going to be a dualchannel 16 gb kit times 2

might be getting an 840 pro 256 gb if i have the money at the time of buying the system

Edit

650 wattt and not a 750 watt psu

Your current set of ram should be fine, which motherboard do you currently have?

Thanks for the help
