Looks like that monitor is G-Sync compatible. Enable it in NVIDA settings. Use full screen, not boarder-less fullscreen. Turn off V-Sync in game. 

Check the following:

  1. Is your FreeSync monitor compatible with GSync? Nvidia's picky about compatibility.
  2. Do you have all drivers updated?
  3. What cable are you using to connect your GPU to your monitor? This might not be it at all, but there's no harm in trying DP instead of HDMI or vice versa.

yes all my drivers are updated and im using a display port , my monitor only supports addaptive sync
