What's going on???

My PC wont sleep. I fell into a hole with my PC and I had to do alot of things before I realized I needed to clear my CMOS, it's a long story. Now my PC wont sleep right, if not at all. It keeps rebooting even when I force it to sleep. I reformatted and wiped my SSD and HDD 3 times now and I reinstalled Windows 10. I also updated the BIOS to its latest version. Anyone know what's going on?
