Cheap NAS Solution- SAS Backplane?

Hello!

I am trying to create a cheap NAS solution from an old HP a6000. I noticed that the price of used SAS drives were only half as much as SATA drives. Is there some way to attach a SAS backplane to an this computer and run

RAID 5 w/SSD Cache, or would I have to get a separate case/PSU entirely? I couldn't find much info on a solution like this. Also, is this a good enough RAID card?
