Refresh Rate and Colors

Hey. Since 144 Hz and 240 Hz displays are so common right now, I was wondering if they affected colors/contrast ratio in anyway, particularly in regard to laptops.

I'm not that much of a tech geek, and would appreciate any info on this topic.

No, refresh rate has nothing to do with colors nor contrast.
