Good day,

On my brother's PC, the msi ez debug keep flashing from a long flash on dram then a very short flash on the cpu. I tried removing 1 ram stick and it still continued. I tried the different slots and the same issue occured. I took the ram from my PC and those worked and his computer booted while I tried his ram on my PC and it also booted. I put back his ram into his computer and it continued to do the same thing with the flashing. I am not sure what is happening to it. Please help in this Situation.
