My Computer starts for a few seconds then shuts down and Starts up again!

Hi everyone!

 

So I've been facing this problem for the past couple of weeks where my computer fails to startup properly, it just stays in a booting cycle (turns on for a few seconds and then shuts down and then turns on again). Sometimes after a couple of booting cycles it starts normally. In the beginning this problem did not occur if I gave it about 6 hours before I started it again. But for the past 3 days it has not been able to do that too! 

 

I've tried for solutions like changing the CMOS battery and resetting it, Checking if the RAM sticks are working, I even checked my power supply by shorting it and it works, I also check that my motherboard is not touching any part of the case so it won't short, and my motherboard also does not show any kind of faulty capacitors that can be visually recognized.

 

I'm also attaching a video for a better reference.

 

So any kind of help from you guys will be highly appreciated. 

 

Computer specs:

RAM: Corsair DDR3 4GB sticks x2

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB

Processor: Intel i7 2600K 3.4GHz Quad Core

Power Supply: CoolerMaster RS-400-PSAR-I3

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P-R3

ok so normally thats a PSU gone bad, try another one

I've checked the power supply by shorting the green wire and the black wire and powering up. The fan spins at it should so the power supply works. I've read this in "how to check if the power supply is working" in tom's hardware forum.

It can work and on load not have power for all of the stuff.

Okay. Do you know how I can check that without having another power supply?

Had this before

Disconnecting every cable thats connected to the back of the motherboard and plugging it ba back after 2 minutes fixed the problem

I tried it just now. its still not working. In fact I've tried it many times in the past few days. Took each and every component out cleaned them properly using acetone and put them back together but still no result.
