problem with my laptop

i have a hp envy  k209ne laptop https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c04604505

the problem is when i want to play games like the processor clock speed decrease to under 1 ghz and i check its not thermal throttling 

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here
