If you're willing to wait for the 3080Ti like your list, why not wait for Ryzen 4000 series desktop CPUs to launch as well.  They should be announced relatively close to each other.

why not wait for Ryzen 4000

I don't know if this is accurate but I thought the leaks said they would only be OEM(?????????) and I don't know if the chipset will change, requiring me to wait for a different mobo etc.

Any updates?

The Ryzen 4000 G-Series Desktop Processors are expected to be available in systems from OEM partners including Lenovo and HP starting in Q3 2020. The Ryzen PRO 4000 Series Desktop Processors will be available from SIs at launch on July 21st , and are expected in systems from OEM partners starting later this fall.

Those are the ones currently released, they are iGPU OEM chips. The ones releasing this Autumn will be consumer.

Wait till November before settling on a config. Prices are bound to change as economy gets closer to normal. Plus new tech will be available.

Consider a better psu. Something like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/79tQzy/corsair-rmx-2018-750w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020179-na or https://pcpartpicker.com/product/97848d/seasonic-focus-750-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-focus-gx-750. (Note the part number on the Seasonic.)

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Those are the 4000G series, the APUs.  Yes, AMD is taking their mobile 4000 series (which is the 3000 series desktop chips in mobile form....).  So you have desktop 3000, mobile 4000, and desktop OEM 4000G CPUs all Zen 2.  The actual desktop 4000 series is yet to be released, which will be on Zen 3.  Welcome to AMD naming schemes lol.
