Need Help with Audio not working!

So I've been trying to fix this for a few hours now, and have achieved nothing, my pc says that it detects no audio outputs, I have tried to detect if it is my speakers, but don't think it is, as I've tried my headphones as well and they are undetected, nothing seems to work with plugging stuff in, so I think it is the drivers, all my audio drivers have a little warning triangle next to them with an exclamation mark, so I've tried reinstalling them, I'm not too sure which one is more important as I have a Realtek HD audio driver, and an AMD HD audio driver, but I've uninstalled both and restarted my pc and many people recommend, nothing happened and I've done this a few times now, I've tried to troubleshoot it and it seems to know there is a problem so I install the fix and restart my PC and still no audio and warning symbols on my audio devices.

it feels like I've tried everything I would hugely appreciate any help!
