An i5 3470 is going to be a decent jump, and something like an i7 3770 will be quite large, but i7s come at a premium. An online bottleneck calculator seems to believe a 3470 and 1050ti will work pretty well together, a slight bottleneck but only a few percent. The 3210 is going to be pretty weak for that graphics card.

If you've got 8gb of ram on tap, and an i5 3470/3570, that system with a 1050ti will be pretty well-balanced. An i5 3470 or 3570 go for about $40 US on eBay.

AMD Ryzen 5900X

T-Force Vulcan Z 3200mhz 2x32GB

EVGA RTX 3060 Ti XC

MSI B450 Gaming Plus

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB

WD 5400RPM 2TB

EVGA G3 750W

Corsair Carbide 300R

Arctic Fans 140mm x4 120mm x 1

If you've got 8gb already then you shouldn't really need any more, I run 16gb in my systems but honestly I could get by with 8gb just fine.

i might put the 16gb optional and power supply what would you suggest a decent power supply for an i7 3770 and 1050Ti mine is just too crappy on the 12+ rail its 7.600 Volts might this go kaboom in the near future ?

If you're truly only getting 7.6Volts then something is very wrong. My guess though is that's a monitoring issue because your computer wouldn't start with that little voltage on the 12+ rail. As for what to replace it with, is it an OE board from a company like Dell or HP? sometimes those use proprietary connectors and will need adapters.

I would trust what the BIOS gives. Try a program called Hardware Monitor, it's what I use and it can communicate with just about any board I've tried it on so far.

Well that's odd, I actually just checked on two of my computers, and 12+ shows up on one but not the other. Maybe it's just a crap-shoot depending on the monitoring chip on the board? Both of the boards I tested were made within the last few years. If your BIOS is saying you're getting close in the vicinity 12v you shouldn't have any imminent problems. That said, brands and models matter a lot of power supplies. That being a 3rd gen platform that power supply could be fairly old at this point, can you see a tag with a manufacturer and model number on it?

sorry for the late reply its just a generic 650W supply saying it has 12+ 54A on it so i would even believe it cause no 4 + 4 pins and 6 and 8 pins , i think im goona go with a Seasonic in the near Future . and my friends saying i should at least get a RX580 4GB or 8GB variant .
