Build around RX570

This is my first post so...hello everyone!

I recently got a Gigabyte Radeon RX570 Gaming 4G and I want to build a rig around it. Can you give me some recomandations, please?

I saw Ryzen 5 3600 is a good CPU, but i think it can be a little overkill for my GPU.

I want to use the system for gaming and photoshop.
