MX350 running poorly

I have this laptop Acer Aspire 5 A514-53  that have mx350 in it but only running 30 fps in tekken 7 at 720p very low setting and only 40-60 fps in csgo at 720 very low setting,is it normal or there is something wrong with this laptop

have you checked task manager to see if the cpu or gpu is maxed at 100%?

The gpu maxed at 100% but the cpu only running at 10-30%

Thermals? Use GPU-Z to track them also also pay attention to the Perf Cap Reason bar

Hmm what should i do to fix this

for only 10-30% cpu usage thats quite warm, however it may be on the same heatpipe as the gpu

Shitty cooling can't be fixed. You can clean it but that won't help. Acer have set a low thermal ceiling with an ineffective cooler so you're overheating essentially. Nothing you can do. Maybe try to return it and get a different laptop

Try running userbenchmark and compare your mx350 with similar laptops.

Userbenchmark is useless - it's a fraudulent website filled with skewed and manipulated data. Besides, it's painfully clear he's thermal throttling.
