PC Upgrade

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CSGO, Valorant, GTA V, RDR2, Overwatch. More AAA titles also

Other details: I currently have a low end gaming PC with these specs :

i3-2120 2nd gen

GTX 1650 Super

8 GB Ram

Corsair CX550 80+ bronze

500 GB HDD

 

The GPU and PSU both are new only 6 month old. I would like to build a high end rig with these parts. Also my current system is under bottleneck as my GPU id only getting utilized 30% in game. I will be only taking my new PSU and GPU to the new Rig all other components will be discarded. I want to a get a 240hz monitor also so I would need a constant 300+fps on CSGO. I am a competitive player. I mostly play CS all the time but I want to play GTA V like games also. Please suggest me good build that can yield maximum fps on CSGO and other FPS also. Thank you.

if you plan to uprade and get something nice then wait a couple of months and get zen 3

I want to make this a high end and I don't know how much will it cost anything that gets me a stable 300 or 400+ fps would be fine in the minimum amount as possible. I am planning to buy this one https://www.amazon.in/dp/B06ZYHM28S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_l3qkFbZWP4A2N
