I don't get this... i thought it was voltages but apparently not

Is it possible that its a bad mount?

You could have a bad mount, I would reset the cooler. I get a peak of 57 degrees C on my 3570k and a h110 while running prime95. Are your fans running at full speed?

49c isnt a bad temp is it ?

no just the fact that the 10c difference in-between the cores when same load and voltage

It's either a bad mount (Still shouldn't cause a big variation between cores, which is odd) or your CPU has a particularly badly applied thermal paste under the IHS. If you have the balls and the money to replace it, take a razor blade to that IHS. I know I will be with my 3770K to lower temperatures.

10oc  will not be an issue given that your max temp is 63.  it wont try to throttle until well over 80oc.
